The Site Supervisor will manage the ongoing support and maintenance of the Parking Revenue Control System and will lead the on-site maintenance team. The site supervisor will report directly to the Operations manager where ever located on a regular basis. The Site Supervisor will manage a support team of personnel and will be responsible for customer liaison, technician productivity, forecasting maintenance needs, spare part, tools and training requirements for site personnel.
May perform one or more of the following:To perform and represent as the Team Leader and facilitator of the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport installation. Schedules the Maintenance support and repairs of PARCS equipment including microcomputer hardware and peripheral components such as automatic gates, CCTV equipment, credit card and currency handling equipment, RF equipment, monitors, keyboards, printers, and networking equipment.
