Job Description
As part of HDR’s Transportation Business Group, you’ll help shape transportation systems. In the role of Transportation Planning/Engineering Co‑op, you will:
- Gain real‑world experience on transportation planning and civil engineering projects
- Collaborate with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring programs
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for students with 2 years completed toward a degree and a 3.0+ GPA
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to the field of study/industry
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
