Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily sales orders received from the Customer Service team and approve or adjust delivery schedules and vehicle allocations recommended by the Logistics Coordinators to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Ensure fleet availability and operational readiness through close coordination with the Fleet Coordinator and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout all delivery operations.
- Track, analyze, and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Third-Party Agreements (TPA) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure logistics performance targets are consistently achieved.
