Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Queanbeyan site, you will be responsible for leading a team of drivers and managing the day-to-day transport operation. This role ensures the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of products to customers while overseeing fleet maintenance, driver training, transport planning and operational performance.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement, maximise fleet efficiency and maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service.
