Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Transport Clerk to join our busy logistics team and help ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor transport schedules and driver routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and vehicle movements.
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and process transport documentation (e.g., delivery notes, manifests).
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
  • Use transport management systems (TMS) to track and update job progress.
