We are fast paced new age tour operator. As our fleet of cars grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Operations Manager to lead and manage our expanding transport department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall transport operations, ensuring smooth coordination of daily transfers, managing drivers and company vehicles, and continuously improving operational systems and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and reliability within the transport operations department
- Develop and improve transport operational systems, including system development for upload and allocation of transport arrangements for each transfer
