Purpose of the Job

To develop bulk and pack 3rd Party contract strategy and negotiate, implement and administer the contractual obligations of Transport contracts in the most cost effective and HSEQ compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities Forecast Management and Budget Management control for own fleet and contracted fleet. Manage and maintain Service Level Agreement with internal customers and with contracted fleet. Consult with outbound scheduling to meet product delivery windows, order placement requirements and minimum load requirements to ensure optimal and cost‑effective use of own and third‑party fleet. Enable and implement Transport Operations systems to promote efficiency, safety, and cost reduction (ICAM). Benchmark contract costs against historical and industry standards.
