Help plan vehicle routes and delivery schedules Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely dispatch Track shipments and vehicle movements Update delivery status in systems or spreadsheets Maintain transport records (invoices, delivery notes, permits) Act as a point of contact between drivers, warehouses, and customers Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery status Report delays, breakdowns, or route issues Assist in resolving operational problems Update logistics software or Excel sheets Prepare simple daily/weekly reports Basic knowledge of logistics/transport operations Good communication skills Familiarity with MS Excel Ability to multitask and coordinate Problem-solving mindset
