Job Description

FM Conway is currently looking to recruit an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) Commercial division. As our Transport Coordinator you will manage a fleet of vehicles from our various asphalt plants. You will be efficiently allocating loads, tracking vehicles, and maintaining communication with drivers. This is a full-time, permanent role based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.


The duties of the Transport Coordinator will include:

  • Implementing the FM Conway delivery plan for both internal and external suppliers
  • Planning and communicating the details of scheduled work
  • Handling inquiries in a consistently professional manner
  • Collaborating with our internal customer service, commercial, and administration teams
  • Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks
  • Providing support and flexibility as part of the team when office resources are limited
