Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage and process all travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate and oversee logistics for coach and bus services, including route planning and supplier liaison. Develop detailed trip plans and itineraries for various tourism packages. Implement and manage driver schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal resource utilisation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements. Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends, destinations, and industry regulations. Utilise an agile approach to adapt to changing operational needs and client requirements.
