Position Overview

The Transplant Center at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking an Administrator to oversee one of the largest adult transplant programs in the nation, with nationally recognized liver and kidney transplant volumes and outcomes. In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for:

  • High-acuity, high-throughput clinical operations across pre‑transplant, inpatient, surgical, post‑transplant, and long‑term follow‑up continuums
  • Serving as a strategic partner to physician and nursing leaders, guiding program growth, sustainability, and innovation
  • Lead long-range planning, capacity modeling, and service line expansion in response to organ availability, referral patterns, and national policy changes
