Job Description
Position Summary
You are a recognized expert in high-voltage transmission line design who wants to lead complex projects and influence how systems are designed and delivered. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader; owning transmission line design, mentoring staff, and collaborating across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines to deliver high-quality utility infrastructure projects.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s in engineering (a master’s will set you apart), and at least 15+ years of experience designing high-voltage transmission lines. Being a licensed professional or structural engineer is highly advantageous.
- You possess a strong knowledge of industry codes, standards and best practices such as ASCE, IEEE, NESC, etc.
- You’re proficient with business and engineering applications. PLS-CADD is a must, and experience in AutoCAD and/or Microstation is a plus.
