Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to be the final eye for accuracy, clarity, and consistency across our client deliverables. This role is ideal for graduates with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills who are motivated to pursue a career at a global language service provider. In this role, you will be responsible for the final quality assurance step before the deliverables are submitted to the client. Previous experience in quality assurance is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Rigorous Quality Control Checks of Deliverables: Verify correct methodology and client information is captured in translation certificates and translation deliverables. Ensure specific client requirements in file naming, file properties and file types are followed.
