Role Overview
The candidate should have 12+ years of overall IT experience , with proven expertise in managing large-scale transition programs. We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager with a strong background in Transition Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, and Technical Hiring .
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute transition plans aligned with hiring, onboarding, and project ramp-up timelines.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application technologies.
- Ensure role demand planning is synchronized with transition phases such as Knowledge Transfer (KT), Shadow Support, Reverse Shadow, and Go-Live .
