As a Transition House Manager, you'll oversee daily functions and ensure adherence to trauma-informed principles. This includes case management, staff supervision, and policy development. Your leadership during critical incidents and the promotion of a safe culture are vital to the role, alongside actively supporting staff in crisis situations.
