OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for ensuring on-time performance and optimum equipment utilization.

Professionally communicate with Customers, Operators, Dispatchers, and Management team to ensure an effective dispatch operation.  RESPONSIBILITIES Will be held accountable to communicate (Click up) all pertinent information to next level of management Primary Radio Communicators to all drivers regarding their runs and any situations or concerns that may occur during the day All incidents/accidents, breakdowns are communicated through the dispatch to the necessary departments Comprehensive understanding of company policies, county polices and accountability to both Conduct reasonable suspicion training course Responsible for demonstrating safety and providing exceptional customer service Follow Union protocol – following seniority guidelines early starts, day off requests   Homeland Security – opening and closing procedures Safety Sensitive job...
