Job Description
This role sits within the Group Transformation / Strategic Portfolio Management function and supports enterprise-wide oversight of the transformation portfolio.
The role partners closely with group functions, strategic pillars, enablers, and local business units to ensure disciplined investment management, transparent tracking of spend and benefits, and effective prioritisation and delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Support analysis of programme and portfolio performance, including Plan vs Approved vs Actual spend
- Track key benefits (e.g. ROI, payback, new business profit, cost savings)
- Identify variances, trends, and potential risks to value delivery
Transformation Spend & Recharge Analysis
- Support review of transformation spend and recharges across markets
