Transformation Consultant

Full-time Management & Operations

We are looking to hire a Transformation Consultant who will be responsible planning, coordination and governance of enterprise transformation initiatives. The role provides portfolio visibility, governance reporting and delivery support, enabling informed decision‑making and successful programme execution across multiple workstreams for our client based Dubai which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a long term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting
• Ensure transformation data is accurate, consistent and up to date
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies

Transformation Delivery Support

• Coordinate activities across transformation workstreams
• Support programme delivery by monitoring progress against agreed plans
