**UW Medicine’s Transfer Center department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Transfer Center Coordinator.**

**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
The UW Medicine Transfer Center is 24-hour call center serving the UW Medicine Hospital system. We have a great opportunity for an individual with excellent customer-service skills to facilitate consult/transfer requests from providers and clinical staff throughout the WWAMI region.
The Transfer Center arranges patient transfers and inpatient consults to all four UW Medicine hospitals (HMC, UWMC-ML, UWMC-NW, VMC) from across Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. The Transfer Center Coordinator is responsible for receiving and documenting incoming calls from providers requesting to transfer patients to UW Medicine. The Transfer Center also manages call...
