About Company and Role
The company is a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate operations company hiring 5 full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinators (TCs) to work onsite from its Metro Manila coworking office.
This is not a work-from-home role. The company is building a highly structured, technology-driven operations team with significant long-term growth opportunities. TCs will manage U.S. real estate transactions from contract to close across multiple states including California, Texas, Colorado, and Florida, while utilizing AI-powered transaction coordination systems and standardized operational workflows.
