Key Responsibilities

• Support the intraday management of transportation capacities, monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day.
• Deploy requested changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining a high bar on attention to detail to ensure all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
• Be flexible to work in different shift structures, including night shifts and weekends.
