Training Specialist
This flexible role offers options to work in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely. Vena Solutions is looking for a Training Specialist to join our Customer Training team. The trainer will deliver best‑in‑class training experiences to customers, partners, and internal employees. Responsibilities include facilitating live (primarily remote) instructor‑led sessions, webinars, and internal training, as well as developing and maintaining training materials and processes. The trainer will also identify and prioritize training needs at Vena and support the creation of internal and external resources to extend our current training offerings.
