This role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions with diverse audiences, ensuring that training is both informative and impactful. The Senior Training Specialist will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of instructional materials, which may include technical theory, practical demonstrations (hands-on training), and visual presentations.
