Job Description
Ecolab is seeking a Field Training Specialist who will play a critical role in on-boarding and training new Pest Elimination Service Specialists. You will prepare new hires to assume field route positions, evaluate new hire performance through service calibration assessments, and facilitate in-field and formalized classroom training on a quarterly basis.
