Time Management • Ensure productivity and time management of staff. • Optimize productivity and minimize downtime. • Ensure work needing to be done is completed same day and communicated to required persons. Operational Responsibilities: 1. SLA • Upholding the SLA / SOP in place with the client. 2. Weekly Stock takes • Responsible for Weekly Stock takes – Tyres, Rims & Accessories. • Managing min/max stock levels is kept in stores as per SLA 3. RFID Tagging • Tagging casings and sending to factory for retreading & arrange collections accordingly. • Following up on outstanding tyres outside of SLA 4. Fleet surveys • Achieving daily, weekly & monthly survey & inflation targets. • Achieving 100% fleet inspections per month. 5.
