This team is responsible for the onboarding, training, and continual development of the company's sales and logistics teams. The Training and Performance Manager will be responsible for the supporting a fast-paced, high-accountability operation. This role is heavily involved in onboarding, baseline training, SOP ownership, and administrative support, ensuring both onsite and remote personnel are trained, compliant, and operationally effective. This individual will step in as management dictates program direction, fill operational gaps, and ensure critical processes, documentation, and training materials are executed with urgency and precision. The environment is high-volume, high-security, and constantly evolving, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and same-day execution.
