Job Summary:
The Training Officer is responsible for supporting the design, facilitation, evaluation, and auditing of training programs that enhance employee competencies and performance in a retail environment. The role ensures that training initiatives align with organizational goals, are effectively delivered, and support employee development at store level, including compliance with store training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, job induction, and skills-based training programs for store employees.
- Assist in designing and updating retail-focused training modules, manuals, and materials.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, attendance, and reporting.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and monitor trainee performance.
