  Job Description 
 :  assist the Supervisor to execute sales training to achieve business goals and objectives. 
 Plan and implement different sales training program e.g. new joiner training, sales briefing, sales events 
 Coordinate with various internal parties to review sales training program to improve staff quality
 Work closely with Sales Team / Marketing team to develop sales programs in a timely manner
