Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with Technical background to lead the development and delivery of training programs for Helpdesk professionals. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of trainers, design and implement learning solutions, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness. This role partners closely with business leaders to align training strategies with organizational goals while mentoring and developing helpdesk talent.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of BPO/Call Center training or Learning & Development experience
• 3–4+ years of training management and leadership experience
• Proven success in designing and delivering impactful training programs
