We are looking for a Training Manager to lead the training function, manage the trainer team, design impactful learning programs, and drive employee development initiatives across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Training & Development
• 2–3 years of team handling experience
• Experience in conducting training programs and managing trainers
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of training effectiveness measurement and reporting
