Responsibilities

• Oversee overall service quality and staff performance in the Armour Simulation Centre Programme, including oversight of single or multiple transit agency customers.
• Direct and coordinate all services related to the ASC Program, including Facility Management and Usage, KPI matters, Staff Discipline, Staff Training and Proficiency, Service Quality, Business Processes, Training Results and Feedback, and End‑User Experiences.
• Operate and control day‑to‑day service staff activities.
• Exercise discretionary and substantial decision‑making authority regularly.
• Work under general supervision and direction.
• Provide support to other business work as assigned, including shift work and after‑office hours.
• Oversee multiple customers and manage the performance and completion of multiple training support services.
