Our client in the mining sector is recruiting for experienced Underground Mining Training Facilitators to deliver technical training, refresher training, coaching and competency assessments in support of a production improvement project.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver standardized underground training aligned to operational KPIs.
Facilitate training on drilling accuracy, pattern compliance and charging practices.
Conduct refresher training for underground employees returning from leave.
Train and coach new recruits and operational crews.
Conduct simulation-based and practical assessments.
Assess operator competence in real underground working conditions.
Reinforce safe and correct explosive handling practices.
Align training to mine-specific blast designs, ground conditions and equipment.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
