Job Description

Responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce.

  • Advocates and drives for the resolution of employee issues and concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching.
  • Builds credible relationships with front, mid and senior-level leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communication.
  • Applies sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations with confidence.
  • Conduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources.
  • Participate and assist with location events.
  • Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.
