Job Description
For our location in Fridhaff, we are looking for a Training Coordinator (m/f/x) to support us in the field of Health & Safety (H&S) for a period of at least 3 months.
Your tasks:
· Support with administrative activities in the H&S area
· Maintenance and updating of documentation and evidence
· Support in the follow-up of measures and training
· Collaboration in evaluations and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint)
· Support in dealing with sensitive data and systems
Your profile:
· Minimal required studies : Completed secondary education diploma or DAP “agent commercial & administratif”
· Very good knowledge of German and French, both written and spoken (other languages are an advantage)
· Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Structured and independent way of working
