Role Summary
We are hiring a technically strong instructor to deliver a structured, hands‑on bootcamp on Application Modernization for cohorts of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and a broader mix of architects, technical practitioners, and consulting professionals. The 5‑day program covers portfolio discovery, mainframe (IBM Z) modernization, hyperscaler target architectures (Azure‑led, with AWS and GCP coexistence), application refactoring, and agentic AI accelerated delivery. Cohorts progress through taught sessions, paired and individual labs, and a capstone where teams use Agent Builder to compress a real client modernization scenario end‑to‑end.
