Job Description
Position Purpose
The Training Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting New Hire Training, Compliance Training, and overall Training Operations across all client work. This role oversees training administration processes, training logistics, reporting, workforce coordination, trainer support, and operational compliance. The position requires the ability to manage a high-volume workload with minimal oversight while coordinating closely with Training, Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, and Client Services teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately track attendance for active classes and share attendance reports with internal stakeholders
- Validate trainee attendance, timecards, and payroll-related data during payroll periods
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
