Summary of the position:
The Training and Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s overall business strategy by ensuring effective training systems are in place across all facilities. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role manages the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
