Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 2 - 3 Years in managerial leadership role
- Proven experience in developing employee engagement and retention strategies, designing and implementing performance management systems, and conducting training needs analysis with program facilitation.
- Strong background in employee relations and incident management, with the ability to develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
- Develop onboarding materials for all new hires
- Conduct regular employee engagementsurveys
