Our Human Resources group is currently looking to add a Training and Development Lead to our growing team, based in Edmonton, AB. Reporting to the Director, People Strategy, we are seeking an instructional design specialist who thrives on turning business needs into practical, high-quality learning experiences. This position will design, build, and manage the training programs that keep our workforce skilled, safe, and ready for the work ahead by assessing training needs across the organization, creating and delivering engaging learning materials, leading our technical trainers, and measuring the impact of every program that is launched. This role puts you at the center of building a capable, future‑ready team.
Please note: this position requires 25 % travel within Canada and the United States, including visits to office locations and construction worksites.
