About the Role

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to plant operators, ensuring competency, compliance, and safety across site operations. You will work closely with operational teams to assess skills, provide coaching, and support ongoing workforce development in a real-world waste environment.

Key Requirements

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent – essential)

Strong industry experience within waste, civil, or heavy plant environments
