Overview
ILA Communication Trainer
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging induction and process training sessions for new hires.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve product knowledge, communication, and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports and performance insights.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
