Job Description
Position: Trainee Software Developer – Magstar Division
Location: Toronto, Canada with work from Contour Software Karachi resource center office. 3‑to‑6month internship with a strong possibility of full‑time employment upon satisfactory completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and use a 4GL programming language with Application Generator, a legacy rapid‑application development platform for building ERP systems.
- Work on various tasks while evaluating AI code‑generation tools to improve development efficiency.
- Learn and work with the Point‑of‑Sale application written in C and other applications written in ReactJS.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to gather customer requirements, prepare quotes, provide timelines, and modify existing features to meet those requirements.
- Liaise with QA and Support personnel to diagnose and fix issues found during QA and in production.
