Job Purpose
Technical support for IoT solutions
Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain temperature monitoring IoT system including hardware and AWS cloudsystem
- Participatein IoT pre-sales work to gather customer requirement and conduct site survey atcustomer place
- Configure IoT devices for new customer, test and deploy the devices to customer site
- Support customer after deployment including answering customer queries, troubleshooting,and fixing issues, etc
- Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, usersupport issue and resolution
