Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing tender documents and help prepare templates for technical and commercial clarifications, under guidance from the Estimating team.
- Support the Estimating function by co‑ordinating inputs from Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams for preparation of cost estimates.
- Assist in liaising with the Finance department to obtain information related to taxes, exchange rates, and hedging assumptions, as directed by the Lead Estimator.
- Help prepare organization charts, manpower plans and cash flow curves using standard templates and tools.
- Support the review of contract documents and assist in coordinating with the Legal department to compile contractual comments and qualifications for tenders.
- Assist senior team members in identifying cost optimisation opportunities and maintaining cost databases and benchmarking information.
