Salary

Hourly Paid rising to £16.00 p/h after 1 year anniversary
  • Your new career starts here at Stagecoach, no experience needed
  • Earn while you learn, we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and enhancing your learning through a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification.
  • Based at our Northampton depot, located just outside Northampton Town Centre
  • Pay rate during training of £12.71 per hour (training will last 6 – 8 weeks)
  • Pay rate increasing once you are working alone and then increasing again on your 1 year anniversary £16.00 per hour as a Qualified Bus Driver
  • Shift patterns mixed of any 4 or 5 days in 7
