Job Description
Join ATS Traffic as a Traffic Design Support Coordinator to manage workflows and project records. You’ll provide entry-level drafting support while working with a dedicated team focused on traffic management.
This full-time role involves coordinating project intake and ensuring documentation accuracy. You will serve as a contact for customers and internal departments while maintaining project standards. Additionally, entry-level drafting tasks will be supported to enhance project development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review incoming drawing requests for accuracy
• Coordinate revisions and updates for ongoing projects
• Create job numbers and maintain project folders
• Upload completed drawings and maintain file structures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in a Coordinator or Administrative role
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drafting tasks
• Experience in traffic management is an asset
