Trade Operations Specialist

• Location: Suntec
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5pm
• Salary: Up to $5,500 (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a hands‑on Trade Operations Specialist / Assistant Manager to support and manage end‑to‑end trade operations activities for international shipments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of import/export documentation processes within a trading environment and be confident handling bulk and containerized shipments independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum trade operations activities for import and export shipments across bulk, and container shipping.
• Coordinate with HQ in Korea, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
