What You'll Be Doing
- Serving trade and retail customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
- Identifying customer requirements and supplying the correct automotive parts and accessories using electronic parts catalogues.
- Building strong relationships with local garages, workshops, and regular trade customers.
- Maximising sales opportunities through product recommendations, upselling, and promoting current offers.
