Job Summary

Processing of Documentary Trade and Open Account Financing Products.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trade-PH activities accurately and efficiently in line with group policies and procedures.
• Assist the Head/Manager of Trade Operations in supervising overall operations of the Trade Operations Department, ensuring compliance with established Group policies and regulations imposed by government regulatory bodies, and adherence to international trade practices.
• Ensure that services provided meet or exceed pre-set service standards.
• Provide backup and assistance to Global Lending Services Operations on BAU activities.
• Supervise, direct, motivate, and support staff to increase productivity and meet departmental and individual objectives.
• Ensure continuity of operations in the absence of any Trade Operations Officer/Team Manager.
