Job Description
We are looking for experienced logistics professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Monitor and track shipments from pickup through delivery
ā¢ Follow up with local carriers for pickup and delivery confirmations
ā¢ Coordinate with P&D agents and middle-mile carriers
ā¢ Obtain and verify shipment charges and transportation updates
ā¢ Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely status updates
Qualifications:
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in domestic freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics operations
ā¢ Ground transportation experience specifically required for freight operations
ā¢ Experience in Track & Trace activities and carrier communication
ā¢ Understanding of P&D operations and freight movement processes
